The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V promises to compress all the corners of the world into a slim device that measures 116 x 57 x 13 millimeters and weighs 126 grams. It operates on a GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 band on a 2G network and HSDPA 900 / 2100 on a 3G one. Powered by a Li-Po 1500 mAh battery that has stand-by time of up to 430 hours (on a 2G network), this model comes with features such as a T9 Trace predictive text input, voice memo, document viewer, organizer, TrackID music recognition, a digital compass among others. Its processor is 1 GHz and it works with the phone’s Android version 2.3.4 operating system to create a system that has the potential to put a constant smile on the user’s face.
In terms of memory, the Xperia Neo V avails 320 MB of internal storage; with 512 of RAM. It comes with 2 GB of microSD memory included, and there is room to use up to 32 GB of the same. The phonebook memory has practically unlimited entries and fields, also with a capacity to store unlimited call records. Files will come in and out of the phone through the internet, WLAN, USB and Bluetooth. These channels will make features like the camera more useful. Images captured by the phone’s 5-megapixel camera (that boasts 3D sweep panorama) can be easily shared through these channels.
